Every Yard Glider® is built by hand in our own Florida workshop. We control the entire manufacturing process and proudly stand behind our craftsmanship. We guarantee that every glider we ship is true to the description and standards presented on our website.

Return Policy

As our products are built-to-order, all sales are final. We do not accept returns for reasons other than manufacturing or material defects.

Damages and Manufacturing Issues

We take the quality of our products very seriously. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if you believe there is a manufacturing defect, a material issue, or if the item was damaged in shipping.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please contact us at info@yardglider.com with your order number and photos of the item in question. We will work with you to evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds

In the rare event that a refund is necessary due to a manufacturing or material issue, a refund will be processed upon receipt of your return. You’ll then be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
