Order Processing

All of our Yard Gliders® are built to order by hand in our Northwest Florida workshop. We are committed to quality craftsmanship and getting your order to you as quickly as possible.

Most orders are built, packaged, and shipped within 2-5 business days. For the most up-to-date processing times for a specific model, please refer to the availability message on the product page.

You will receive an email notification with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Methods & Delivery

We ship all orders via UPS Ground from our workshop in Northwest Florida. Once your order has been handed off to the carrier, standard UPS Ground transit times will apply. Please note that delivery times will vary based on your distance from Florida.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size of your order and your location. The final shipping price will be displayed during the checkout process before you complete your purchase.

Order Tracking

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status on the UPS website. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
