How Customers Are Actually Using:

X Models are a thicker version of the PRO model. Both are the same type of material.

Customers choose X models to transport many of the same items as our PRO customers. They opt to upgrade to X models for several reasons:

. **Rough Terrain**: They may need to cross over gravel or concrete driveways and walkways. Please note that X models are not designed for prolonged use on pavement or gravel.

2. **Heavy Loads**: Customers often haul extremely heavy loads or transport items over longer distances.

3. **Preference for Ruggedness**: Some customers simply prefer the most rugged version available.

The choice between X8 and X10 is really about the length of what you typically haul. For animal rescue, farms, zoos, arborist and saw mill owners, the extra length of the X10 is probably the best option. For more general hauling and cleanup, the X8 is a great choice.
